Troy is an Idaho native, born right here in Boise. Later, his family moved out to Eagle, and he was fortunate enough to attend school there from elementary all the way through high school. Growing up in Eagle during the lead-up to and height of the "Eagle boom" gave Troy some of his absolute favorite childhood memories. Whether it was selling golf balls for a buck each on the 10th hole at Eagle Hills Golf Course or sneaking around and playing in all the half-built houses popping up everywhere around the neighborhood, those days were filled with lots adventure in a town that was changing fast.

Troy attended Boise State University while working full-time, gaining firsthand exposure to the dynamics of a professional environment as he identified the career path that most motivated him. After graduating, he quickly discovered that an outside sales environment was both exciting and challenging for him. Troy has spent the past decade in the IT and cybersecurity space, strategically managing high-value accounts and consistently keeping strong relationships with his co-workers, clients and vendors.

Troy is leveraging his experience to bring a structured, relationship-driven approach to property management. Troy takes pride in being honest, accessible, and transparent; consistently treating others with respect and following through on his commitments.
