• Mobile and Wireless Information: Mobile phone numbers and related consent data provided when you opt in to receive text/SMS messages from us.

We may use text/SMS messaging to deliver important, time-sensitive information related to your tenancy or our services, such as rent reminders, maintenance updates, lease renewals, or emergency notices. All text messaging is sent only after obtaining your prior express written consent. Our wireless messaging practices fully comply with:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations.

• The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices (as updated from time to time, available at ctia.org).

• U.S. wireless carrier guidelines, including 10DLC/A2P registration requirements through The Campaign Registry (TCR) where applicable.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Key commitments under CTIA guidelines include:

• Consent: We obtain clear, affirmative opt-in consent before sending any messages. Consent is campaign-specific and cannot be transferred.

• Transparency: Any call-to-action for SMS opt-in will include a link to or reference this Privacy Policy and will disclose message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out.

• Opt-Out: You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP,”

“QUIT,” “END,” or similar wording to any message we send. We will send one confirmation message and honor your request promptly. You may also opt out by contacting us via the methods below. We maintain reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. By providing your mobile number and consenting to SMS, you acknowledge that you are the subscriber for that number or have authorization from the subscriber.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
